Open the app, find a verified car wash near you (or request a mobile washer), pick a time and add-ons, and pay. Your money is held in TradeSafe escrow until the wash is complete. Once you scan the QR or share your PIN, funds release and the washer is paid same-day.

You pay upfront when you book and the money sits in TradeSafe escrow. The washer only gets paid once you scan the QR code or share your pickup PIN to confirm the wash is done. If something goes wrong, you can dispute and get a refund.

R10 per booking — and your very first booking is always free. The fee covers payment processing and platform support. The wash price you see is the price you pay the washer.

Across South Africa, basic exterior washes typically range from about R80 for a small hatchback up to about R350 for a large SUV, double-cab bakkie or taxi. Premium add-ons like interior detail, tyre shine, engine wash and ceramic coating sit on top. The exact price for your vehicle is shown in the app before you book.

Yes. Full refund up to 2 hours before your booking time. 50% refund within 2 hours. No refund for no-shows past the booking time.

You get an instant full refund and the app automatically suggests 5 nearby alternatives. No phone calls, no waiting — your day doesn't miss a beat.

Don't release the funds. Use the in-app dispute flow — TradeSafe holds the money while we investigate. If your dispute is upheld you get a full or partial refund depending on what was agreed.

TradeSafe is a regulated South African escrow service, overseen by Standard Bank. We use it so your money is held safely until your wash is actually delivered. If something goes wrong, you can dispute the booking and get a refund — Bubbled Up never holds your funds directly.

Yes — every operator on Bubbled Up has had their SA ID and proof of equipment verified before they go live. You'll always know who's washing your car. No anonymous workers, no fly-by-night operators.

Yes — when done by a verified washer using proper technique. All Bubbled Up mobile operators are checked for equipment quality (correct mitts, two-bucket method, pH-neutral soap) before they're approved. You also see ratings from past customers in the app.

Every wash earns you a stamp. Every 10th wash earns you a discount on your next wash — R30 (Silver), R60 (Gold), or R100 (Platinum) depending on your tier. Platinum members also earn Suds points (1 Sud = R1) on top.

The tiers determine how much you save on every 10th wash and whether you earn Suds points. Tier movement is automatic based on your wash count and spend over a rolling period. Full rules in our Terms of Service.

Apply via the partners page. Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. After approval, you set up your services, prices, and amenities and you're live. TradeSafe's KYC verification typically takes another 24–72 hours and runs in parallel.

No. No subscription, no listing fee, no minimum bookings. You only pay 10% on completed washes. If you stop using Bubbled Up, simply pause your listing — no exit fees.

Same business day. Once the wash is marked complete and escrow releases, 90% of the service price clears directly to your nominated bank account via TradeSafe. No platform wallet, no manual payout request, no fees on your side.

Zero. 100% of tips go to the washer. Tips added before the wash flow through TradeSafe with the booking. Tips added after pickup go straight to the owner's bank. Bubbled Up never sees them.

Mark the booking as 'No-show' after the booking time passes. The customer is charged the booking fee and any non-refundable portion as defined in our customer terms. You're compensated for blocking off your slot.

Open the app — you'll see live progress as the washer moves through each step (washing, drying, polishing, ready). You'll get an SMS when it's done so you can come fetch it.

Find a Bay — you drive to a verified car wash near you, your slot is reserved, no queueing. We Come to You — a verified mobile washer comes to your home, office, or wherever your car is parked.
